Re: Hua Hin City 2018

Samut Songkhram 1 – 1 Hua Hin City Today was the return to League football for Samut Songkhram having suffered a bye last week. Last season they were playing in T2, but due to Club Licensing issues have been forced to take a double relegation, and are now playing in T4(West). On paper, our hosts wer...

Re: The Baguette

Funny actually, I kept an eye open as I drove North today. I saw loads of signs for Baguette, but there was nothing for Love Bread anymore.

I've never seen any lights near the Dusit.

Re: The Digital Surgery

I restored the device to factory settings and went through the whole setup process. The message on the TV screen clearly states setup is good, and it is connecting to the Wi-Fi network. However, I keep getting the same result on the phone, it is not being recognised by the Wi-Fi router.

Re: The Baguette

I've seen the signs, but never spotted the shop - must be well hidden. I'm going that way later - will look again.

Yes, I've done that. The message on the TV screen says it's all been done, then I get the error message on the phone.

Connecting Chromecast to the Internet

When I had True, connecting the Chromecast was a doddle. Since moving to AIS I can not do it. I have a friend who had exact same problems with TOT. The device is set up using your smart phone, and everything goes brilliantly until the end, and the following is displayed on your phone: Chromecast up ...

Re: Driver's licence health rules to become stricter

Actually, I think the tests are quite reasonable. If you have any of those problems, you should be getting treated, so tests shouldn't be required - you simply fail. If you go to a one-off medical facility, it should sound alarm bells, and of course tests should be carried out. If you're not getting...

The Kings Shop - I've never heard of that one. Are those the stalls down the palace wall? I just thought it was another small market

Re: The Baguette

We always take the turning before (immediately after the palace), and walk the last 20 yards - we've never failed to find a space down there. Mrs BB likes to mooch around the fruit stalls etc down that road. I love the egg & mayonnaise baguettes, which are as good as the MOD canteen in the UK :D

Re: Football on TV in central Hua Hin

I was wrong, there are more than 6 non-participants: Q: Which clubs have chosen to not offer iFollow to their supporters around the world? A: Accrington Stanley, Aston Villa, Bristol City, Derby County, Leeds United, Queens Park Rangers and five other Football League clubs. Note, however, that for t...
