Re: Great Restaurant on the way down from Bangkok
Hi Terry,
I do not know if you are aware yet, but the Rim Kuen Restaurant has gone! Came past three days ago and it has moved, do not know where yet, but there is another one 50 metres or so further on we tried, good food and prices, but again menu all in Thai.

Re: Car Rent Hua Hin web site
I have to agree with traveller 2,
I found Keith and his wife at carhuahin to be friendly, professional, honest and competent, with a first class service.Personally, I will not go anywhere else.

The menu is quite extensive for a small place, both Thai and Farang. we all had Thai food ( pad thai etc) all well d...

Water filter systems
Hello all again,I have been searching the forum for info on water filter systems, but most appear to be several years old. Our water is very murky, and it cannot be doing the pumps or heaters any good, not forgetting laundry or showers!! I know this is a big problem in HH but i need to address it do...

Re: locknut for black & decker grinder
Hi Takiap, Just been back to the shop, it is called Grand Tile. On the left hand side after the airport tunnel going to Cha-Am, After the road bends to the right you will see it. Not sure if it is the kind of stone you are looking for, but they have a selection inside past the pay counter. The ones ...

Re: Restaurant News
I guess most of you may already know this place, but last night we went to Luciano Pizza Garden at the top of soi 94. Excellent food, and great service from happy friendly staff. Will certainly be re-visiting there.

Re: locknut for black & decker grinder
Hi Takiap, the stones are the moulded type i believe, about 6 x 3 inch and 5/8 inch thick. I found them in a shop about half a kilometre past the airport tunnel on the way to cha am. Cannot remember name of shop as we bought them on our last visit in April, but it has a wide frontage with narrow par...

Re: Overstaffing in Thai superstores

Afternoon all, Now you are going to love this one!!! Tried Aladdins cave this morning, as suggested by your good selves, but to be honest they did not seem too keen to help, very busy with people buying miles of pipework, no worries, appreciate the recommend and have learnt a little more. :t...
