Re: wanted good Real estate agent..

Thanks for the replys. Thats what I thought, the commission the agents charge seem to be very high!
Are there any agents that specialise in finding Thai Buyers. I think that because my house in more in the countryside it might appeal more to the thai buyer!

Re: House sitter required.

Hi Expat.
I would require the sitter to be in the property up until we get a sale on the property. We would require a bond and all the amenities would have to be paid by the sitter. There would be NO rental charge!

Re: Money transfers to Thailand.

I used Torts to transfer money from the UK to my Thai bank account.
After doing loads of research on the net, they turned out to be the best.
If u transfer £3000 and above they do not charge. The rate they offer is also very good.

Concrete slab laying for garden

Does anyone know of a good slab layer to lay patio for me.
I had turf laid about 10 days ago but hasn't taken to the sand because of the hot weather.
The turf is pretty poor compared to European grass. Now decided to lay concrete slabs.

Re: Toyota Camry 2.2 model 92 Automatic

Wow, I cannot believe the price of used cars in Thailand.
This car is 21 years old and the price is nearly £4000.
At these prices let's hope the baht keeps rising.
