I need to renew my car tax before the end of January which is something I haven't done before. Can someone tell me which documents I need to take with me? Also is it possible to pay at the Bluport office where I do my 90 day immigration check?

The recently opened hotel The Standard has a number of events although they have cancelled the visit of a famous Bangkok DJ they told me. Non residents can join in but must present their vaccine certificate and do an additional test on arrival at the hotel! All hotel guests (half of their 200 rooms)...

My two vaccinations to date were arranged through the BCCT in Bangkok. I have contacted them asking whether a booster jab is available and told they are awaiting government (British presumably?) instruction. Is it possible to organise a booster jab through the hospitals or clinics here in Hua Hin?

I'm thinking of driving down to Phuket for a break and to take advantage of the attractive hotel rates. I've had my jabs and got my certificate (courtesy of BCCT). Does anyone know if there is any other requirement for driving onto the island eg testing or similar?
