Re: Newest Camper Van

[/img]Camper Pictures 5 years old with may issues, and a gas guzzler 10 cylinders engine, plus power generator that did not charge batteries very well. It had old batteries that were supposed to be replace but were not. It was not warm as the furnace kept going out in the night, so I got the van an...

Re: Newest Camper Van

I have camped in my van for about 2 weeks this year, I have containers in front of the bed and the 3 passenger seat. They contain a 1 burner stove, pots and pans, a few dishes as well as I use paper plates. The other container contains some food cans and crackers and spices, peanut butter, and some...

Re: Men and their mistresses

My Thai Canadian wife would have my gonads if I tried to have a mia noi, so I do not see much in the Thai or expats that want or need a mia noi. I have met a few Thai women who said they will never marry a Thai man again, as so many are butterflys. I guess some expats may be butterflys as well. Geezer

Re: Weather in Hua Hin & Thailand

Wow guys, its December enuff with all the rain. I will be in HH near the end of Jan so hope the Winter holiday weather is there then. Glad all you expats have survived the floods so far. The reservoirs must be nearly full by now. Where is the popular bars where some of you posters frequent some time...

Re: Thailand floods of 2017

Here are some of the flood pictures that impressed me that there were and still are bad
floods in the country. Not sure where they are all from but I am glad I was not there
and affected by them.

Re: Weather in Hua Hin & Thailand

WELL Hua Hin, it may be dry there and the water in the Reservoir is a bit low, but at least
it is not as hot there as in some places in Europe. I am wondering why the richer people don't
get a plane ticket to Thailand to cool off a bit

Newest Camper Van

I bought a 2017 350 FORD Transit Van 12 passenger, 3.5L ECO boost engine
and put in a Futon Bed and containers for camping supplies. Hopefully many
good nights of Stargazing and camping in the future.

Re: Name calling in Thailand

My name has a V in it, and the closest I get called is Howie. Which is okay with me. A lot of my Thai family have made the effort and call me by my real first name. I have never heard any of them call me a Farang. If people ask I will hear the word Canada, and even Alberta, which is surprising. I wi...

Don't know the buy, but if you asked him that question and he has not changed his
behaviour. I would say he is a jerk.
