Re: Private Thai Language Lessons

I live permanently in Hua Hin and am interested in learning Thia, on a one to one basis. A language school does not offer me the flexibility I need with times, so I'm thinking that private lessons would be more convenient. Any suggestions for where I can find a private tutor and what I might expect...

Re: Alternatives to Facebook

Bored to my back teeth with facebook, deactivated my account. Was very convenient but mundane as watching paint dry. I'll see what Ello has to offer and report back if anyone is interested?

If you are interested in one on one personal training then the Green Gym in Soi 70 is your place. They have a Facebook page too.

Re: Dance classes/lessons

Hi all just thought I'd drop in and share. After a few months I have eventually settled on pilates. I've started doing it at the Green Gym in Soi 70- not the gym at the soccer field- it's a little way before that.

late intro..

Hi all Been in Hua Hin for about a month. Will be living here for at least a year. Have noticed that hobbies and sport are not really big here? I am originally from a coastal town myself and usually there is too much to do. Am I missing something? Keen for some beach volleyball or a joining a hiking...

Re: Dance classes/lessons

Hi all. Just wanted to know if this still applies? Am dying to start dancing again and am so keen! Haven't been able to get Hua Hin enough to find out for myself but will make an extra effort if I can dance somewhere. Was really hoping for some ballet but I'll take whatever I can get!

Re: e-books and e-book reader

I received a Kindle Fire as a gift before coming to Thailand and I have mainly used its' wifi capability to connect me to home. However I don't feel that I am getting the most out of it. Do I need to register it with Amazon before I can start downloading books? I'm not sure how to feel about all the...
