I'm here on a triple entry 60 day tourist visa. Can I get a 30 day extension (all I'll need) from Prachuap or Hua Hin? Don't really fancy having to do a Visa Run.

I'm back in Prachuap now. Next trip is on Jan. 31 to Chiang Mai. Back on Feb. 7th.

Still available. I'm off for a golf trip and won't be back to Prachuap until around mid-January.

It's the only course in the area. You'd have to go north to Hua Hin area for some better golf. The closest from here is Thanarat Military Course. It is 18 holes but also pretty rough. I've played Black Mountain, Banyan, and Sea Pines there and all were very nice.

Just in case anyone is interested: The golf for falangs is only 320 baht. You can play nine holes in the morning and come back and play 9 more in the afternoon, or 18 and 18. Well, I've been in Prachuap since Dec. 4th now. Had a side trip to Phuket (won't return). Loving it here. Only thing lacking is quality golf. The Air Force course is cheap enough but the conditions are very poor.

I plan on golfing at the Air Force course so don't want to be way out there. I don't have a car so thinking bicycle or scooter to get around. Anyone stayed at O-Bay Design Hotel?
