anybody know this hotel? .. is it ok? ... location?

i need a hotel for the 31st of December and for the 1st and 2nd of January ... somebody recommended the Tipurai ... anybody have any other suggestions?

There is a hotel across the street from the City Beach Hotel ... right across the street from that Massage Parlour (Christine's?) that's attached to the City Beach. Anyone know the name of this place?
