Thanks Corinne for sharing your experience. I also intend to volunteer this year so I appreciate your feedback regarding Phuket Sunshine. Blessings to you.

This is at least the 5th time you've advertised for a swimming pool company in Bangkok. Any more instances and your forum membership will be cancelled.

Re: The best pharmacy in Hua Hin?
I agree with the above comments. Best can be pretty subjective and depends on individual requirements and preferences but there are definitely plenty of good, reliable ones in Hua Hin. I have used Fascino and frequently use Watsons.

Re: Dental implants..
I'm not too sure with regards to dental implants in Hua Hin. I think the local clinics are fine for simple procedures but Bangkok is a more popular destination for a dental holiday. I highly recommend Thantakit Dental Center in Bangkok. I had root canal treatments and crown replacement with them, an...

I agree with the suggestions above. Hiring a tuk-tuk to follow you is a straightforward option but I think it's best that you hire the same tuktuk driver for this.

Yeah, Mike Tailors is quite popular. My buddy got his suit from them. Might be using them too come March for an event.

Re: Selling price of cds?
Yeah, 40 to 50 THB per CD/DVD may likely generate sales, also given that it's sold at a charity event.

I totally agree with Angusd, it may be expensive so best to ship fewer items as much as possible. Try Intl Movers too. Good luck.

Re: Swimming Pool Lights
I suggest that you contact PoolMaster for pool lights. They have been quite helpful in answering questions. Easy to reach them thru phone and live chat. You can also try their website at thailandpoolshop to see their swimming pool lights. Hope this still helps. Cheers.

Re: Replacing fridge in rental property
I agree. Since it's not clearly indicated on your contract, you do not have to pay for it and it's indeed the landlord's responsibility. Best to deduct it from the rent or ask her to divide the costs to be fair.

Re: Swimming Pool Maintenance Issues
Indeed, that's quote is quite expensive. Great to hear that it has been sorted. I'd also personally recommend Pool Master if you are looking for a reliable swimming pool supplier. You may try contacting them on their thailandpoolshop website. I often get my pool equipment and chemicals from them. Hi...

Re: Farang buying a house with a Thai lady
Sorry to hear about that. I guess this is a safer option in terms of security versus purchasing a house and lot under the name of your Thai wife. If we are talking about the reliability of a condo structure, it is of course best to go for a reputable condo developer in the area to avoid issues like ...

Re: Farang buying a house with a Thai lady
I second the above suggestions. But getting a condo is the best (and safer) route. Otherwise, a legal advice from a lawyer will make things clearer. Good luck.
