Because HH inmmigration enforce the 24 hour reporting rule, how are immigration dealing / advising if you return back into but spend days here and there before returning to HH

Zoom back to home country get a non O visa for 3 moths.
Come back, appply for visa based on retirement

Don't forget that the 800,000 baht must be in a Thai savings account for a full 3 months before a retirement visa is issued. As long as you are married your wife can get visa as your dependant but if you are not legally married you wil both need 800000 in bank
