Re: Hua Hin Water Jungle in 2014

So who can tell us, is a Thai "Billion" 1,000,000,000 or 100,000,000?

Did this water park really cost £20 million pounds Stirling?

Re: Hua Hin Golf Festival 2013

Found this from last year: http://www.huahingolffestival.com I will update the site when the info is received. The Hua Hin Golf Festival has been confirmed and the above website has been updated. So, looks like "adios" finally to the 800 baht Hua Hin/Cha-Am golf festival. Was beginning to...

Hi professor, Banyan are currently recruiting. The deal for golfers is that they must pay for a cart so your lady won't even have to walk or pull a set of clubs around. The lady will have plenty of energy left when she comes home (depending on what time that is  )

I imagine there could be a fair few disgruntled home owners though if it went ahead now. That's just about it. We're looking at a plot that sits bang on the line! Maybe the house when it's built will feature as a roundabout, or they'll build a flyover  From what I can see, a lot of that previ...

Old Hua Hin map, new road???

Has anyone ever noticed the big dotted line down the left hand side of the "old" Hua Hin area map?

Is this a new road in "planning"? Anyone got the full SP on this?

Try Pattana Guest House. A lovely 110 year old teakwood fishermans house. Nice garden courtyard and friendly. Rooms from 350 Baht. (They've even got a couple at 214 baht!) or is that over budget

I think any falang with property in a company is just playing a waiting game at the moment, hoping that THEY don't become the "test" case!

Thanks Higgy, I'm a long way off retiring so I'm about to apply for a valid-for-a-year multiple entry "O" type VISA for "extended stay". (£90) This application needs to be accompanied by a "self-Certification Guarantee Form" where: "I ______________________________...

Hi JW, Thanks for your input. I'm an 8 handicap (playing once or twice a week) with ambition and dedication. I'm looking for a couple of months intensive training to bring me to as close to scratch standard as possible. I've always had the dream of being a tour pro, I guess I want to test myself to ...
