Most new mobiles come with just the charging cable itself these days, I would imagine that a tablet would probably be the same.

I've previously used www.huahincab.com and found them to be very reliable, perhaps not the cheapest, but 2000bht isn't too bad.

You could try looking on Facebook Marketplace as well, or any of the Hua Hin places to rent groups on there, different budgets, areas and lease lengths to suit.

I've done body boarding at Cha Am a few times but it's a short ride in. Maybe a bit better around the area of beach near the Ibis in Hua Hin, but generally speaking it's not real good surfing round here on a regular basis.
