Re: Possible land purchase 2.5km outside HH centre. Planning to build houses. Advice please.

Another option is to sell, bank the money and go and rent in HH, and get a feel for the place / idea. Out of the options you've given yourself, that's the best one by far. I think you need to take the happy route in the short term, which may help planning for the long term a whole lot easier. :chee...

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

but he didn't merit a regular starting place with us and certainly won't with Chelsk. :tsk: Neither does Bakayako but he seems to get a game every week - and he has a bad habit of giving the ball away in positions the opposition score from! :cuss: We've got a few players like that and they get regu...

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

Ha Ha,he signed the new deal after I posted. Who can blame him.....a reported 330k per week for a Europa League side. Says the club that have spent £1/2 billion on players, is nearly £1/2 billion in debt and are currently 15 points behind the leaders, who just happen to be their city rivals :lach: ...

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

Yes, it was pretty painful to watch, and we could have done without the replay. How are Arsenal getting on in the FA Cup this year? :D Not half as painful as our exit at Forest  . . . . . as you well know! :cuss: I'd like to say that we were fed up of winning it, but that would be a lie . . ....

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

Yes, Arsenal's dilemma is most distressing... :lach: :lach:  :sun: :butt: Make hay whilst the sun shines   What worries me about tonight is that Mourinho will also be happy with a draw and will make it very difficult for us to score. What, like the mighty Newport County did? :...

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

There have been quite a few lows for Arsenal this season but last nights defeat at Swansea must be up there with the worst. Not for me personally, or for many fans to be honest. It's kind of accepted, especially after thumping Palace last time out. :banghead: They have lost Sanchez,Ozil will be gon...

Errrm, that's exactly the point I was making!
You didn't make it very well then.
There was no humour at all in bsdk's post and none intended either, there's no doubt of that whatsoever.

Re: Premier League 2017-2018

I think you'll find it was humour rzr. You need to switch off the Brexit defence radar. You're a gooner, you must have a sense of humour, surely...? Sorry, he's not remotely capable of humour . . . . . just in case you didn't realise, this is the PL 2017-18 thread, hardly the place for sly B...

Well RedZ we shall remember this statement. El Nino is not to be joked about and when known, predictions are not so difficult to make. Yep you do that. :thumb: El Nino and La Nina are easy to predict, the outcomes are not, especially this far in advance. Any decent meteorological outlet will tell y...

If you are hanging on waiting for change, I'm afraid you will probably end up losing your mind. Unfortunately true and it describes perfectly the crossing situation on Phet Kasem Rd at the crossroads with 76/61 alley  I'm sure the green man inside nods off for a while halfway throug...

You are correct about subs-- 100-200 subs in a game-- but you ever skate hard for 2 minutes???
Yes,I was a regular skater (twice a week) in my younger years.
Still say there is absolutely no comparison between the two sports and the different fitness levels required.
