Re: Cars with dashcams get 5-10% discount

The Gov came out with the "5-10% discount" language, so of course seeing that the public has also read that, the insurance companies give the minimum 5%. Perhaps some companies who want to compete and gain market share will increase it above 5%, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Pete

Re: The i-things - Apple devices and software thread

I've never had to do it but there is a lot on-line, including You Tube tutorials. Below is one link that seems straightforward. You'll have to download an up to date ops system though once all is erased and for that you may need some kind of identity registered with Apple. Not sure...... http://osxd...

Grand Palace, Temple of Emerald Buddha closed from Oct 1-29

Please be sure to tell your friends and acquaintances who are planning a holiday trip in October about this. Foreign based travel agents may not, and nothing worse than being surprised and not able to visit what you want to visit, especially for those who have never been here before. Pete  h...

"Chic Brodies career ending dog 'attack' was caught on film."

The tackle by the dog didn't seem that severe, but I find some reference that it broke the man's leg and he retired from football!  Pete

Once high season arrives I can see this being the Holiday Season big money maker for the MIB. My feeling is that people will bring them regardless if they know about the law or not. Pete
