Re: Roast Beef

I'll also agree the French butcher. Have gone there often and he is always ready to help. Last trip I wanted 4 steaks about 1" thick. He didn't have enough on display so went in the back, opened a new roast, and cut per spec. Was thinking of asking him to carve out a roast. His English is not ...

Roast Beef

I've lived here 14 years now and I'll be damed if I can find a decent roast to purchase for home cooking. Checked, Villa Market, Lotus, both Mako's north and south. Can anyone shed some light on where I may fine one?

Re: Underarm lump worry

The worst thing you can do is a self diagnosis of yourself on the internet. I had a medical condition a couple of years back which the doctors were unsure about for a short period of time. I went to the internet and spent some time researching my problem. I pretty much gave myself a year to live. Wh...

Re: FYI Gridlock Traffic Right Now

FYI... Total gridlock traffic going North from Khao Takiap up to and under the flyover all the way into town. Even the scooter lane has cars in it. Very heavy traffic last night and again tonight. I have never seen it this heavy. Welcome to Hua Hin...........the sleepy little fishing town we all mo...

Bought a bike there 8 years ago. They continue to provide good service and still remember me after 8 years. No complaints.

Heaven forbid, it's the only time of the week you can move on the streets. Let's pray for a shorter high season next year.

Re: Changing Face of Hua Hin

It's just an observation but can anyone place those's hills in the back ground. I've seen most of the coast line of HH from the water and can't seem to place where this photo might have been taken?

Re: Falangs on the roads in and around

I'll have to agree the roads in Hua Hin over the last few years have become a circus with the explosion of tourists and expat's moving here to retire. I'm simply amazed at the amount of people on bicycle's riding down Phetkasem Rd. with out a helmet. It's only a matter of time before grampa and gram...
