Re: Name on Building Permit
My wife has had an offer on her townhouse which she is considering. We are not living in Thailand so we contacted a legal firm in Hua Hin to see if they could sell it on our behalf without the need for us to return to Thailand. They said we needed to provide them with 3 documents; 1. Tabian Ban (blu...

Re: Long Term Renting Of A House
the sois behind the grand night market are in that price range I think you'll find they are more like 10,000+ baht depending on level of furnishings, renovations, improvements etc. Also there are three different sizes (widths), some are quite narrow whilst some are wider. We rented ours out for 15,...

Re: Serena Williams will play Victoria Azarenka
Another event in Hua Hin where the advertising is confusing to most. I'm not sure what, or if there is a connection between the Intercontinental and Centennial Park, but why did they put the location at 'Centennial Park, Intercontinental Hotel' on the advertisement? They are two separate locations. ...

They sell wooden baby cots for about 3000-4000 baht.

Re: Free lawn bowls every Saturday
IMHO this bowling green has the wrong surface on it which is unfortunate. I have played there twice and its just way too slow. You need to put in too much effort to get the bowls up the other end. Lawn bowls is supposed to be about skill, not strength. My father who has a lot of bowls experience cam...

Re: Missing helmet at Hua Hin motorbike shop
Handing property over to a third party DOES NOT make it their responsibility. It is YOURS!!!!! If the motorcycle shop has a theft problem on their premises then it is their responsibility to eradicate the problem. If the bike was stolen during the service would the shop still refute responsibility?...
