Re: Replacing fridge in rental property

I recently found the law on that and the way I read it is that the tenant cannot hold the landlord responsible but can vacate. I will try to find that again and post the source.

Re: Liability on adjoining land

I had someone ask a lawyer friend of hers and the answer was that I have no liability. I am just trying to see if I can get other opinions before telling the requestor to get on his bike.

Liability on adjoining land

I recently bought some property here. The property has a house, garage and swimming pool. Recently, someone bought the empty lot that adjoins my property. There are no structures on this lot except for a man made well about 3 meters deep, constructed with concrete cylinders. The people who bought th...

Easy Access Bangkok Hotel

For years I have been using Bangkok hotels on Sukhumvit soi 4. Hate to drive there any more because of heavy traffic.
Looking for moderate priced hotel that is easy access to and from the highways from the Rama 9 bridge since I go from Hua Hin. Any recommendations?

Re: 2 bombs explode in Hua Hin town centre

Might have nothing to do with the problem down south. It might be the result of unhappiness among a currently defunct political party. They might be using the Queens Birthday in his majesties town as an opportunity to show that the army is not able to protect Thailand from terror attacks. They did n...

Re: Burma to Beach Bike Ride

The ride starts at the border do is in fact on top of the hill. Think of it as a roller coaster with a couple ups and downs but almost all the way down. We've had 80 year old guys make this trip and plenty of heavier girls. Anyone in reasonably good health should be able to do this. It's just a fun ...
