i always use Top Charoen - not sure if they have a branch in Hua Hin - think i did see one though - if not there is one in Cha Am
i thought TC were cheap but i only used the one in Samrong(BKK)

ever tried nan's place just outside the temple - we ate there a lot and her food in general was good
