My question is still, why should their be 2 tier pricing for resident and visiting farang? I don't think its any more than economics. Sellers will ask for what the market will bear. I think over time, sellers become used to charging more to indiscriminate buyers. Tourists are easy to spot in Thaila...

So how does it all work? Is the forum just a customised instance of a commercial program? And then it is hosted by a company that manages the traffic flow? Is the host responsible for the fast flow or the program?

Yeah, you log on and all of your apps and data are stored in the 'cloud' and are accessed through the web. Security is going to be the big deal breaker for this new platform.

Good for Boris. Boris Johnson, Mayor of London has rescinded the invitation for FIFA delegates, and I presume wives, to stay at the Dorchester for the duration of the 2012 Olympics, at a reported cost of £1000 a night.
