Re: Ball Park figure for Hua Hin population?

I did a search on Wikipedia;

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hua_Hin_District

Hua Hin District (Amphoe) 85 thousand, HUa Hin town 50 thousand. These seem to be 2006 numbers so I would expext them to be higher now.

Re: Ball Park figure for population?

If you con...

If you came to Bowie anytime after the mid 80s, then maybe you don't understand how important he was in the Rock World, for those of us who were there in the early 70s, right at the beginning there was nobody else like him, nobody looked him, nobody sounded like him, he was a genius, for me there w...

Re: 101 tips and advice for visitors to Hua Hin

90) Beware if a Thai lady (non - bar) invites you to join her visiting her parents. It means she expects you to marry her and you are in for dowry discussions. That's OK if you are of another mindset and oblivious to it, it's not OK if you are of the mindset that you actually intend to marry the gir...

After leaving it for a couple of weeks I have to conclude though that David Bowie went out in style, He release...

Re: Is Mermaid Cruises still operating?

On the topic of cruise boats there are several in Kanchanaburi operating. We tried one in 2014 hosted by my family as several of the family's overseas residents happened to be in the Country at the same time: http://www.kanchanaburi-transport-tours.com/romantic-private-dinner-cruise-on-the-river-kwa...
