it is not really a rice bowl, this place attracts 10 of thai hiso like people sitting in the garden next to us, it is more like a gold bowl. additionally we own this place from before when they start that pub there, it is not that we came in and ask them to change what they are doing. thanks! If police or others are not responsive, I guess the only solution is to install speakers ourselves, play louder music which scares away the tens of customers till the place is dead? If they can make noise, we probably can too? Scaring away customers will violate rule #1 of living in Thailan...

Caller, London had a team in a Euro league that played American football but never in the NFL. Yes, lots of commercials, that's because it's by far the number one sport on TV in America as baseball has faded. No embassy in Thailand, a liaison/business office. The two do not have diplomatic relations. No ambassadors, no embassy. Trade office may not have the answer. Why not invest a few baht and make a long-distance call to Taipei?

Taiwan may not have an embassy in BKK. Most countries abandoned Taiwan to get in on the rush to do biz with China. Basically China said to ditch Taiwan if you want to do business with us. Result is Taiwan has formal diplomatic relations with ambassadors with only about a dozen minor-league countries...

Proper prep is extremely important, if that isn't done you have to ask yourself what exactly are you painting over - dust, mould, old flaky paint etc? Power washing masonry works well then patching and finishing. Undercoat then two finish coats. I found Beger to be good with three levels of quality....
