Having lost one of my licences, does anyone have a definitive procedure for getting it re-issued. I've heard that a police report is required but other than that I have no info. Old song หัวหินเป็นถิ่นมีหอย - Hua Hin ben tin me hoy (Hua Hin is a place with shellfish). Often shortened to Hua Hin me Hoy (Hua Hin has Shellfish).

Also used as a double entendre given the slang meaning of hoy.
