I Just checked Fitness and swimming pool membership at Hilton and Sheraton Hua Hin.

Hilton was monthly for Fitness Thb 4000,- and if wanted to swim you have plus on Thb 10000,-
Sheraton was monthly for Fitness Thb 5500,-
