Does anyone know if the Asia Property Centre on Naresdamri Road is still in business ?

I have emailed them a couple of times about a condo for sale without a reply.

Anyone stayed at the Dune ? Some friends are considering staying there in December after seeing their website. I walked up to have a look a couple of weeks ago and took some photos as it did not look much. The beach was empty with no chairs/loungers etc and the land which the balconies overlook was ...

I will be there 16th December, no problem. 4th time this year, only been back here for less than 3 weeks !

Tried booking a different small hotel/guesthouse yesterday and they are fully booked for December so some tourists are coming.

Chris and Puy run Romantic Bar, JJ's bar which is the front right bar on the new Poonsuk complex and Kims Kitchen as stated by Randy. I spoke to Puy in Kims in Sep, they are doing fine but Chris still has to make occasional trips to the Uk to earn some proper cash !!

I have been reading the old posts in accommodation - maybe I should have done that first and as you say lots of good things said about Jings and PP.

One or two other options also so need to make up my mind now.

Aussie Mark : Most wholesalers do charge 5 Baht for bottles of coke, sprite etc so if it is drank at a beach bar it will be collected by the owner. However, if it is someone walking the beach or a horserider it could end up anywhere.

It's a fairly quiet location however, the landlord plays jazz music and they have live music with one artist coming on at 10 pm some nights.
