Re: Another (sorry) visa question
The 400,000Baht limit only applies if you want a spouse visa, if you go for a normal retirement visa you still need 800k, this is what most people go for as the Spouse visa is more difficult to obtain

You also have the facility upstairs in Market Village plus there are many local stores that do postal service but only within Thailand so no good if you wish to post to overseas.

Re: Shocking video campaign aims to change Thai driving behaviour

Re: Shocking video campaign aims to change Thai driving behaviour
But it is not just unlicensed drivers/riders, it is easy to get a license issued for car or motorbike without even taking a test. My 15 year old daughter was issued a bike license in Pranburi, no test required and even though she was underage the license was issued. My wife had her car license issue...

Re: Minivan, bus and road accidents
so the police want to use cameras instead of stopping bad drivers so they do not have confrontation. License suspension no longer being implemented. Basic road rules are not enforced. Re: Opening of Ratchapakdi Park

Re: Hua Hin immigration warns homeowners: 24hrs to report foreign guests

I doubt anyon...
