Anyone had a total knee replacement at the Hua Hin hospital ?

my wife and i are living in South Korea just now, i have a home in Pranburi and a bank account with 800K funds, and this time next year we intend to leave Korea. is it the car that is insured or the driver ( as in the UK / Singapore)

on another note. what would happen if in 30 years if you could not afford the lease for a further 30 years. what would happen to the house, who would it belong to ?.

the way i looked at it was" i have a lease for 30 years, i have a signed contract with the land owner for a further 30 + 30 years. so in 30 years or so, if laws have not changed a thousand times, i would probably have to go to a Thai court to fight the owner to honor her contract, or may be not...

. you can still play Jurong or Raffles country club mid week for around 140 to 150 bucks. around 3500 baht.

whatever course you play in Hua Hin they are not cheap. without having guest savings you are getting to the Singapore / south Korea prices. i think the days of cheap good golf courses in Thailand have gone.
