I'm not sure of the best place but if you go to the top of where the the Night Market ends and turn right then walk towards the roundabout/railway crossing, there is a little sewing repair shop on the left-hand side near the roundabout. Condo for me

Parking, pool, gym, 24hr security, hot blondes by the pool

Size is the only major con for me; for a reasonable sized condo say 100sq/mtr.. you gotta cough up the BHT.
