According to Google Maps, the restaurant "Mr Mon" on Soi 112 is permanently closed. Is this true? If it is, does anyone know why?

A Soi dog who used to live around Soi 114 and regularly visit us. There is several years between the photos. Don't know where she is know but expect the worst.
