Re: [ADVERTORIAL] Key Visa Thailand

I've just received my new passport today from Key via EMS.

The process took just over seven weeks all told (the Brit. Embassy had warned of up to eight weeks delay).

Very happy with Key - my emails were all answered by return. EMS post to/from Key inPattaya was 24 hours each way.

I've just come across an alarming article from the National Fire Protection Association's website in the USA re: dealing with lithium battery fires: https://www.nfpa.org/News-and-Research/Publications-and-media/NFPA-Journal/2020/January-February-2020/Features/EV-Stranded-Energy This was the scariest...

Re: [ADVERTORIAL] Key Visa Thailand

For info: My new passport is currently being processed in BKK (via Key Visa). I've just received an email direct from HMPO advising: " We are sorry that it is taking longer than usual to process your application due to COVID-19. If we don’t need any further information to progress your applicat...

Re: Upgrading Windows Operating System

The only thing that messes up my W10 is the MS updates! The system is always a little slow for a few days after... I honestly can't remember the last "feature" that was of any interest. As always, I will have Revo Uninstaller waiting to remove as much crap as possible post-update (it can a...

UK Passport Renewal via Key Visa Pattaya

Has anyone any recent dealings with Key? I made an email enquiry yesterday which was answered by return, and their website looks professional enough... - Looking online, negative reviews seemed to be mostly related to attempts to take a Thai lady to the UK (presumably where the application failed?). -

Gabe, after FN and the Army Camp u-turn keep going until you pass the large temple on your left side. Evo is shortly after also on the left just before the next u-turn.

There is also a large second-hand shop very nearby which has had bikes outside in the past.

Nimit Bike closed on the P/kasem a couple of year ago. They relocated to the Puu Wai road which heads inland from the P/kasem opposite Tesco Lotus + 7-11 at Baan Kwai . Their new bike selection has reduced, but they still do repairs. N.B. Talk to the helpful lady who speaks good English...

Re: Police Policing

By coincidence, a couple of days ago I spotted a Police pickup just up the road from our house. It had a Honda Wave (or similar) tied up in the back.

I found out today that the bike had been removed because it was too noisy!

Perhaps the K/stone Kops have turned over a new leaf - nah!

What AIS hardware are you currently using? AIS is currently featuring 4 units wired for 5Ghz. Is yours one of them?
