I'm with you BB regards parking. I park there most days as it's a good place for a beer and wait for the kids to finish school. They can walk to me.

Always go down the side of the new CP to the rear entrance and down to the basement. Ignore everything and drive right to the front. Always parking slots there (even at weekend). Handy for the coffee shop and on leaving you exit straight to the pay booth.

I agree that at weekends when there is a queue, take Petchkasem by Soi 88/1 which brings you almost at the front of the queue.

So far, I've never had a problem but after saying that, I probably will now!! Sod's law.

My lady friend has a place she parks no more than a few hundred yards from the mall, Im not going to tell you where,but there are alternatives.

I park the bike in a nearby soi, can't be arsed to navigate the maze.

Sorry Richard..got my facts wrong matey...the big new shopping complex (bigger than MV) is rumoured to be going up opposite the Intercontinental Hotel.
This project is being done by the company that owns Paragon in BKK I believe..?
So Richard don't worry..your soggy-bottom, marshy, mozzie-ridden wildlife sanctuary opposite your place is safe...for now!
