I see there's another new bar opened on 94. In the newish complex just before the Railway crossing - Joes Bar.

Are there any girly bars in soi 94, or just restaurants and 'normal' beer bars?

Don't bother updating the map for the 'new' Indian opposite Wijittra BBQ as it has gone already !!

For info also the Wijittra BBQ has a sign outside saying closed for the season.

Blue : I think Sky bar is now Happy bar. No available girls in Lanla bar now as far as I am aware. The new small bar, Lovely bar, has nothing but girls !!

I was in Joes bar on election day and a small singha was only 69 baht which is reasonable for that area.

This is like painting the Forth Bridge - Toi Pe Pe Sanctuary is now a hairdresser shop although the sign has not been taken down and Olivio has closed and is for sale.

Tell me about it. All being well, the maps will all be updated within the month.

Low season has really had an adverse effect on the restaurants on Soi 94, more than I thought it would. I went to Eat@Hua Hin about 6 weeks ago and every table was occupied and I had to wait around 20 minutes for my meal, that's not a complaint but an observation. I went at 7 pm on a Saturday night 2 weeks ago and I was the only customer. The same for Restaurant 94 also, packed a month ago but only a handful of customers now. I'm guessing a lot of westerners live in that area during their Winter and have returned home now.

Anyway updates :
Smile 94 has closed. No notice outside to say if it's permanently closed or just for low season.
Jingjai Coffee has closed and must take the record for the shortest business venture. I don't think it was open for a month. The word was those units are extremely expensive to rent.
And I see from BB's photos that he has picked up that the quaint mobile Japanese restaurant that used to set up in the G Resort car park has found a permanent home in the shophouses just before Oy restaurant.

Low season is pruning time, only the places withregulars, either expats who are here most of the year or local Thais can survive. Sakura, Oy and 94 still have respectable numbers, others are struggling. Last week we ate at the Indian at the top of soi80 which his been getting very positive reviews, we ate alone.
