Because they are on your map. MV is not

And Cajutan is certainly not written in Thai.

FYI the Thai place is called Yokkhok, and if I wanted to delve into exclusively Thai places, there's 3 on 94 along from Saxophone I would have mentioned. Yokkhok is very popular with Farang - they seem to find it easily enough.

If we were to include every Thai place, then we would need a bigger map. The maps include what HH Forum Admin considers helpful. Nobody else even comes close to providing this service, and it is provided totally free of charge. Maybe you've spotted a gap in the market, and should capitalise on it.

Yokkhok has an English name on it. I have no agenda as regards it but I cannot see your rationale in ignoring it when it is squarely n your map space. Why the prejudice, given the other Thai places with English language names (eg Oy)?

The 'prejudice' as you call it has been set by Forum management. The boundary is Soi 94, and I thought that I'd explained why Terrace 90 was included. I have already stated 2 times above that I will ask Admin about extending the boundaries.

This map will be very useful.

Thank you for this map, we'll be staying at The G next month and this will be a great guide.

Last year we stayed at YaiYa and drove to the night markets each night, will be fun to explore a little more this time.

The coffee shop next to the petrol station changed to a bar a few weeks ago and finally has the new sign up - Connection cafe.

Also the former gym next to Luciano's looks like it will be a bar as it has a bar counter fitted and a pool table installed.

Opposite Initial Condo in the newish shop houses is a new restaurant called Nit's, on the blackboard outside today it was advertising Western food, lasagne, stew etc

yes, I've been watching bars and restaurants opening and closing on a regular basis on Soi 94 since Christmas. So much so, that we'll leave it a few more weeks to settle down before updating the maps (planned for last month).

A little longer than usual, but earlier today we did the latest round of map checking starting with Soi 94. Unfortunately, the top end of the soi is a building site, so no access. I'm assuming Yellow House and MATA Vietnamese Food Gardens are still there (no idea how customers are expected to get to them. Additionally, I did see a Pizza place up there, although I don't have any further detail.

Changes that we spotted were:

New Bar - Pacific Bar 94

Bar closed - Nois Pit Stop
Bar closed - Star Bar
Possible name change - Bird House Café becomes Black Cat Cafe - unsure as to whether still trading as a cafe.

The walkabout was done at about 10:30 this morning, and the above reflects what we saw. As has been usual with recent maps, unless you advise differently, this is the information that will be passed to our map maker in 24 hours time.

Terrace 90 gone? They've been a regular fixture for a long time. What happened?
