The "Street with No Name" is soon to become "Impassable Road" once that market opens.

If you look at the 3D drawings, you'll see that plenty of provision has been made for motorcycles
Seriously, that is a big piece of land, and walking the ground this morning, I think there is an opportunity to plan it properly, and make proper provision for parking (including cars) - of course, I haven't allowed for the TIT factor.
It's good to see that the planners have remembered to include a 7-11 in their plans - just what we need
