It's taken over what used to be the Poonsuk Plaza bar area.

Looks so open and different now.

Perhaps they could let motorcycles park up there now until the area is "developed" further ?
Then road would be even more clear for foot traffic.

Next up might be the ones occupying the beach front past the Hilton ? If that happens, would be epic. (In a good way I think)

It would be nice if they had actually planned something for the strip rather than just demolishing a row of popular restaurants and businesses and leaving a hazardous eyesore covered in smashed concrete and dogshit serving no purpose to anyone. Way too much to ask though obviously.

Ah 'Planning something" so many details to be decided---first 3 questions--who will get paid off and by who and how much.

it is very empty now in PoonSuk rd. after removal of many very good restaurants along the temple wall there is only a good parking place for motobikes, now,

compared with some years before, it seems the top eating places are moving to Soi88 and Soi94, there are several big food-courts along the railway / road :o
the city of HuaHin has lost many evening guests. :shock: :shock:
