R.I.P. Peter. I have not seen him for several years. Was he unwell recently?

Peter had a serious heart attack 4 years ago which led to him having a stent inserted.

He recovered well and had been playing golf again. Two weeks ago he contracted Dengue Fever and spent a few days in hospital. He was released but two days later he had a fatal heart attack.
