Dear expats, can you help me on this one. How much is it to buy a new, non contract, pay as you go mobile/cell phone, with sim card that will accept international calls. On the one 2 call network or simular. I think the going rate in BKK is about 5000-8000. But how much in Hua Hin?

About the same although the selection of phones may be less. A friend recently bought a new Nokia (forget the number) but it had colour screen, disco ring tones and a few other bits for 4,800 baht. You could spend a lot more if you want more bells and whistles.
