Need plumber to install above ground water tank

I want to install a 700 liter water tank on my roof top terrace and connect it to my existing water system so that when/IF my main water tank goes dry or the my electric pump goes off I can turn a valve and use the water from the above ground tank using gravity. I will buy the tank but need the PVC piping to be done and valve installed. Am looking for someone to do this? Can anyone suggest a company or some one capable?
We have tried HomePro, Boonthavorn & ThaiWhatsdo they either ONLY do simple install or do NOT install at all.

Any independent builders merchant will either have staff that will do it or the phone numbers of numerous tradespeople.

OH....OK but I have no idea who they are; can some one give me some names / numbers for smaller ones?

Have you checked that your roof terrace can take the weight of a 700 litre water tank.

Yes,I did.we had the architect check it.

Let us know how it turns out - the weight is the main problem (apart from raising the empty tank) although 700 litres full will only be about the same as 12 Thais standing up there

At 1kg per liter plus weight of tank say 100kg that's 800kg over a span of about 1 square meter. It could be a concern depending on what the roof is made of and how well it was made. I would look into this to assure you're comfortable with it. Pete

I'm sure you have considered this, but just in case.... You will need to have a constant throughput in said tank as water would soon ' go off' . If it is in sunlight I'd also have concerns about things like Legionares due to water temp.

Sorry you lost me; many many people have tanks here in Thailand. You mean I can not store for an emergency? How long can it stay there?
