Magnetic Knife Rack

Hi,
Does anyone actually know where to purchase a magnetic knife rack; to hang kitchen knives and other steel implements?
I have tried Makro, HomePro, Tesco, Boonthavorn, Index, Hafele but no luck.

Yes, its definately an IKEA item. Finer department stores in BKK also carry them. Look for the "Zwilling" brand.

My Thai wife just left Scandinavia for Thailand and one of the items she brought back was the magnetic knife holder. Goes to show that its not a common item in Thai kitchens!

I made one quite easily.
I took an 18 inch piece of angle aluminum and epoxied 10 magnets to it. I applied to glue to the opposite side of the magnetic edge used for holding knife/knives and then screwed the aluminum strip to the wall.
The magnets and rectangular in shape and purchased at any hardware store where they are sold as cabinet door closers.
Total money spent? Maybe 150 baht.
