Hi, does anyone know where to buy an electric table-top sewing machine, preferably in the Pranburi area or otherwise in Hua Hin.

Thanks a lot!!

Don`t know how true it be, but I heard that knitting is more relaxing, and you can take it on the boat and all! :rasta:

Don't know if it is still there, but there used to be a 'Singer' sewing machine shop on the LHS going North just a few mtrs before the Somtawin school entrance in town.

Hua Hin, Market Village, but knowing where you live, I would try Pranburi first. Its one of their end of year offers, and usually available at Pranburi longer. I think the offer is 40% off RRP.

Thanks a lot everyone.

My friend went to Tesco HH yesterday afternoon and picked one of the last 2 left - thanks a lot BB!

Someone else called me about lazada and it looks like a very good site - the same sewing machine was also 700 baht cheaper, but by then my friend had already come back from Tesco with the new machine.

It all goes to show just how useful this forum is
