I had the same and tried all over to find a company, I never found anyone even though this is quite common overseas. We ended up breaking the concrete slab in two places, on the second break we found fill that had been washed away so broke further along until the leak was found. No other option as far as I know.

Sadly Thailand has little or no building standards, preferably no pipe should go under a slab, unfortunately this is common practice in Thailand. To avoid future problems we re-piped all ground floor piping external to the building and entering at appropriate locations so we will not have this problem again.

Yes, I have been through it also, a couple of times in fact.

All that I can add is that the leak is more likely to be where the underground pipe passes under a wall, usually an extenal wall, as that is where the most weight and settling takes place. A tell tale sign can be more peeling of the wall paint in that area as the water "wicks" up the wall.

Also be aware that on one occasion I discovered more than pipe feeding into the house from a "ring" main. So if the piping from close to the pump is buried under the concrete, it may pay to start breaking up in that area first, which should give you some idea of which direction the pipes are heading.

Not sure if this will help but if you can get onto a a ground penetrating radar (gpr) distributor in Thailand they may be able to give you a lead as to who may be operating in the Hua Hin region. ( This is the most common piece of equipment used to locate and identify water leaks in slab etc.)

Magnum, I have the same problem and am desperate to get it sorted. If I find someone to fix my leak I'll definitely post their contact details and anything else that might help you - could I ask if you'll do likewise for me?
And sorry this disappointing reply hasn't offered you the solution you were hoping for :-(
