Bon Cafe off Soi 94. Google should give you the exact location as it's down a few side streets.

I had a Saeco and Bon Cafe is the place. They sell and service them professionally. I had mine fixed there twice. Fast and reasonable. Go out Soi 94 and turn left on the street just past where Oy's restaurant used to be, then take the next right. Bon Cafe is in a converted two story house on the left.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

I guess so as they sell different brands and most machines are pretty much the same inside. The guy in the shop is an expat so speaks English.

You can also try the Coffee House on the Pala U road, heading north on left hand side. He maintains all types of machines. In addition, he has his own' capsules' if you are using the Nespresso system. You can try before you buy !
