Drilling rig for well water

Any ideas where a drilling rig for the provision of well water can be hired ? There is a strong likelihood of rocks in drilling area and so it would need to be robust. Thanks

Normally you contract the company to find the most promising drilling site and contract them for the drilling and installation of the pump.

I'm not sure if you can simply hire a drilling rig. You also need permission from the local authority to drill a water well and normally the contractor handles this also within the quoted price.
