Air Conditioner cleaning

Post by Hnlwayne » Sun Nov 26, 2017 11:05 am

Can anyone suggest someone that can clean our five split system aircons without making a mess inside the house? And what is the going rate? I am not trying to save 100 baht per unit I just want it done well. Regards

I'll ask my landlord who they had ours. They did a great and clean job.

I have two Mitsubishi split air con units and they have a local repair/service team, did real professional and clean job leaving no mess, not sure if they do other brands though.

I recently used the service offered by Big Kiang at the bottom of Soi 88. THB 500 per unit, 4 people came to service 3 units, very clean, with a plastic chute that fits over the a/c unit to carry the sprayed cleaning water into a bucket for disposal and they seemed professional. I did have to ask them to check the pressure of the liquid at each outside unit (in case ir needed topping up) as they weren't going to do it, and I didn't see them using a thermometer to test the air temperature after service, but for the price I was OK with it.

Here's 2 that I've used: BB Star Air 032-510032, 096-3900090, 087-388-8555
Thaweechai Pattanapiras 086-291-9627
Both did good work and cleaned up afterward.
They checked & cleaned everything & topped up the Freon. I think it was 400 or 500 Bht.
