However, I'll add information about Condo Chain here since you asked about it.
The building is located about 1,5 km south from down town area, between the sea and the main road. There are 19 floors, there is a security guide 24 hours per day and it has apartments of various sizes. Most of them are 31 m2 studios. There are three lifts. The building's one end is towards the sea and the other towards the main road. There is a swimming pool, small shop, hairdresser and a restaurant in the building. It's about 300 meters from the sea.
The room I shall now describe is on the 8th floor about in the middle of the building on it's southern side. There is a balcony and a view of the sea and the mountains. The bathroom has a bath tube and shower with hot water. There is an air-cona, telephone, large fridge, microwave, two separate beds, cabinet, sofa for to persons and a chair in the room as well as tv-table and 25” tv.
The price for this is 8000 baht/month and an additional 120 baht for weekly cleaning. The cleaning also includes changing the towels and sheets. Water and electricity are not included, an avarage price for water is about 50-100 baht/month and for eletricity about 300–1200 (no idea what this is, translators remark). The price for electricity mainly depends on how much one uses the air-con. The room, however is located so high up that flying (”creatures”) are not flying at that level, so the balcony's glass doors can be kept open throughout the night and this lessens the need for air-con.
The lower floors have cheaper rooms, 7000 baht/month
