Book Swappers Unite! 17 October

Post by huahinjim »

Hi All.

It's been a few weeks since the last swappers meeting and I'm coming close to finishing the books kindly provided by fellow BMs.

How does another meeting on 17 October 2009 sound? I suggest again meeting at Dick's Office (Soi 80 a few hundred metres on left going from Petkhasem Road) at 3pm.

A great way to get some additional reading without the cost of buying new.

At previous swaps fellow BMs have brought dvds to swap and BM Sandman has brought his laptop with various films etc available to download if you bring your laptop. Perhaps Sandman you can let us know if you will repeat your kind gesture?

The meetings are also turning into a meet-and-chat with fellow BMs so even if you don't have any books you want to swap it will be good to meet you there.

Looking forward to meeting up again.

See you there.

Ive got a day off so Sandys Big Hard Drive will be there. Bring your laptop and help yourself to some film classics. Something for everyone from kids films to comedy, classics to mad manga splatter fun. Western and Asian cinema...... also loads of history documentaries and an almost complete Sharpe series collection (only one episode missing and that is the crap one).

Theres also the virtual library of e-books and novels to raid. Everything from Encyclopedias and reference books to pulp novels. Comics and graphic novels as well.

Sorry guys but I dont lend my DVDs out as they dont come back, or do and need replacing anyway. Im on my fifth Seven Samurai copy..... so no more lending them out.

More than welcome to copy films & books off the hard drive tho.

See you there fellow swapsters
