This guy has gone missing in Thailand. Authorities are particularly keen to find him due to his mental condition.

Os escribo desde España pidiendo vuestra colaboración y ayuda URGENTE.
Estamos buscando a un ciudadano español desaparecido en Tailandia.

Se trata de RUBÉN GUERRA DOMÍNGUEZ
visto por última vez en la localidad de NONG KHAI el 2 de Febrero
cogiendo un autobús a las 20:00 h con destino Bangkok.

Rubén pide ayuda urgente a su familia en España el 31 de Enero porque no se encuentra bien.
Su familia comienza las gestiones con la embajada Española para localizarlo
en una zona de templos budistas, alejada de zonas urbanas.
Viaja sólo, le han robado y no tiene dinero, ni pasaporte ,ni teléfono.

La policia turística lo localiza el 2 de FEBRERO en la población de Nong Khai
y lo introduce en un autobus a las 20:00h con destino a Bangkok,
pero nunca llega a la embajada, ahí le perdemos la pista.

Rubén se escuentra desorientado,mentalmente frágil,
puede que no haya llegado a Bangkok y que diambule por zonas rurales,
no le gustan las ciudades; su actitud es de temor y no es conciente de lo que hace.

Os pedimos vuestra colaboración para difundir esta información,
la embajada Española y la Policia Tailandesa lo están buscando.

Earlier before reading this report I was coming south in to HH around 14:30pm. I'm 80-90% sure we saw this guy on the corner of Soi 41 (Ham & Bacon) trying to cross the road heading west toward the old Tansamai. With difficulty he was trying to cross the road very unsure dithering, stepping out into oncoming traffic.

I've called the number 081-868-7507 to let the embassy know he may be down here.

I heard some german tourists might have also spotted him in Hua Hin.
