Locked thread (seemingly innocuous)

just wondering why the "snus" thread that landed in Nordic section was locked. no concern really just curious?
as a rookie, a question... as this is not a suggestion, where is the best place for me to post a question for the moderators (like the first question above).

Any questions regarding any moderating issues should be sent via PM to one or all the mods; they shouldn't ever be aired on the forum, but we'll let you off this time!

I have no idea why that thread was locked but suggest you PM Norseman.

I believe it was a duplicate of an existing thread which is why it was locked.

Have a look at the forum starter pack and the T&C's for full explanations of what goes and what doesn't!
