Are there any new functions or bells & whistles worth noting? Pete

Here is the features list, it seems of more of a streamlined update than a major overhaul: https://www.phpbb.com/about/features/

We would like to apologise for the extended forum outage.

A software update corrupted our database so we had to build the system from scratch, rolling back to a previous version.

We are working today to reconfigure the boards back to the state they were in previously so please bear with us.

We will be switching the forum to secure https protocol today and there should be no noticeable changes. However you may have to clear your browser cache and login again.

Thanks for the update. I now have the sidebar back in all its glory, with the Weather and the Baht Rate. Also got the Tab icon back along with the Bookmarks icon.

Well done

It works fine for me when viewing via Safari, but it’s not working via Tapatalk - is this the same for everybody?

Tapatalk is a third party app which probably hasn't updated its cache yet to the https version, you will need to wait until it does.

Hmm, did not notice any changes, but why does it say: Not secure https://www.huahinforum ?

Mine does the same thing because of my bookmark which had the www address. Change that bookmark and put in the new one from Norseman's link and it should hold and you won't see the www any longer. Pete

Edit: Both www and no www works and you'll still see the forum page you're going to.

Thanks Pete. I have done that. In the process I have somehow changed the skin colour as well! It now comes up with the
"not secure" part still there but greyed out. Opening it is not a problem with either way, but I asked why it is like that.
