Cannot paste picture on forum website

Hello,

I just cannot manage to post a picture on this board.

When I mark a picture with 'Copy' and try to paste it,
the 'Paste' option is not highlighted and dysfunctional.

Please, help. I would like to post a picture to the History Quiz.
