We have modified our software now to enable the embedding of video from the following media:

Simply paste the URL into your post and the software will do the rest, here are some samples:

Youtube videos can now be posted in any form without using the button above, simply paste the link:

Who cares what the "Twitterati' write, and as for the value of Facebook, that has been well-aired on the Forum!

Whilst I personally agree with you, there are many people who can't seem to live without all the social media, so they will no doubt be pleased

IMHO a photo or a video can say a lot more than words. I know we all view these things differently, but I believe it's a valuable addition.

[Edit] From a moderator's point of view, it's a god send. No more having to correct mis-posted YouTube videos :D

It adds functionality to the forum, and gets rid of the You Tube problem that many have complained about for years. Those who contribute to the forum regularly aren't going to abuse it, and others won't suddenly become active simply to abuse it. I think there are enough controls in place to assure frivolous topics and posts disappear, hopefully along with those who make them. Pete :cheers:
